So, what is Chandrayaan 2? We'll find out in this article.

So, let's get started

On 22nd July 2019 India space research organization (ISRO) Launched a spacecraft called Chandrayaan 2. This spacecraft is the lunar aircraft used for lunaar exploration. This spacecraft is designed by ISRO. The first version called chandrayaan 1 is also a lunar exploration spacecraft which is also a great mission that gives the sample of ice water in the moon. The Indian space research organization (ISRO) makes the second attempt named chandrayaan 2. It the cheapest spacecraft containing the whole budget of 900 crores.

Chandrayaan 2 is the cheapest space project in the world that makes it more interesting.

Chandrayaan 2 contains 2 spacecraft named VIKRAM, PRAGYAN. Vikram is called the lander and Pragyan is the lunar rover.
Both the spacecraft are developed in India.

According to the chief of ISRO Dr. K Sivan chandrayaan 2 was made for mapping of the lunar surface and study the variation in the lunar surface composition as well as the location and abundance of water in the lunar area.

When chandrayaan 2 enters in the lunar orbit and only 2 km far from the surface of the earth lost the connection from ISRO and after that Not connected yet but scientists able to find that Vikram lander is landed but having some damage in there stands.
According to ISRO, the rate of mission success is 95% and according to them, they failed only 5% of their whole project.

The scientist ISRO are continuous working for reconnecting to Vikaram lander but the way is that they connect to Vikaram through the solar pannels organized in Vikaram lander but there is still a problem. The place where Vikaram landed can reach sunlight in 14 days and 5 days are gone. So, if ISRO can't able to reconnect with Vikram Lander in 9 days they have to wait for the next 14 days when the moon again reaches the sunlight.

NASA also congratulates ISRO on having this incredible success of chandrayann 2.
NASA gets success in the moon landing in their 12 attempts, Russia gets success in their 6th attempts but India gets success in their 2nd attempt.

ISRO is the first space organization that sent a lander and a rover together no, other country had done this before. When the chandrayaan 2 lost his connection to ISRO the ISRO chief Dr. K Sivan is getting emotional and starts weeping in front of respected prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi.

According to ISRO, this is the greatest mission that they ever did. ISRO said that they learn a lot of experience from it and knew about the landing information in the lunar orbit if the moon.

So, here is the biggest update and full information about chandrayaan 2
