How to became Lawyer after 12th ?

Agar aapne 10th ya 12th kar li hai or aap Lawyer ban na chahte hai to ye aapke liye sunhera avsar hai. Lekin kuch logo ke pass uchit Guidance na hone ke karan apna time or paisa dono khrab kar lete hai. Aaj mai aapko ye btaunga ki aap lawyer kaise ban sakte hai or aapko Lawyer ban ne ke liye  kya karna hoga.

First Step - 01  ( Basic Knowledge)

Lawyer ban ne ke lye aapko B.A.L.L.B ya L.L.B karni hogi.

Full form of    B.A.L.L.B & L.L.B 

L.L.B =    Bachelor of Law

B.A.L.L.B = Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws

Dono course ki value brabar hoti hai chahe aapne  L.L.B ki ho ya B.A.L.L.B

Fark sirf etna hai ki Dono course ka Time period alag alag hota hai jo ese brabar bnata hai.

Course Period 

    L.L.B : 3 Years (After Graduation)

B.A.L.L.B : 5 Years (After 12th)

Aapko ye choice karna hoga ki aapko  B.A.L.L.B karni hai Ya L.L.B. 

Apni Qualification ke hisab se aap ye choice kar skte hai.

Second Step - 02  (Eligibility Criteria)

Dono course ko karne ke liye ek  aapke 50 % marks required hote hai. Agar aap BA.LLB Kar rhe ho to 12th me or agar aap LLB kar rhe ho to Graduation course mai aapke 50% marks Minimum required hote hai. agar aapke marks 50% se niche hai to ye dono course aapke liye nahi hai.

Third Step - 03  (Admission Process)

LLB Or BALLB karne ke liye mai aapko kuch best Colleges ke nam aapko suggest kar rha hu. Aap wha contact karke apna course start kar skte hai. 

Important Tips 

Dono hi course mai Pass hone ke liye aapko 40% marks  lane hote hai. Har Semester mai, agar aapke 40% marks nahi aae to aap kabi Lawyer Nahi ban Sakte.

Fourth Step - 03  (AIBE Test)

jaise hi aap Apni LLB clear kar lenge uske bad aapko AIBE TEST Dena hoga yani ki ALL INDIA BAR EXAM. wo dekar aap Lawyer ban sakte hai. 

Eligibility of AIBE TEST : 

It is necessary for the candidates to fulfill all the eligibilities to fill the AIBE registration form. If the candidate will be eligible for the exam, then only he/she can earn the ‘Certificate of Practice’ and can continue their legal professions. AIBE written examination will be conducted through offline mode in various cities of India. Candidates must have to fulfill the academic as well as other eligibilities. Below we have mentioned the AIBE eligibility criteria.


Candidate must be the citizen of India.

Academic Qualification

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidate should possess the full time LL.B degree from any institution from any state which is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
  • Minimum Marks: There are no minimum marks criteria in the qualifying examination.
  • Attempts: Candidates can appear as many times as it requires. There is no restriction on numbers of attempts.
  • All candidates those completed their bachelor’s degree in LL.B after 1st July 2011 onwards are eligible to apply irrespective of their enrollment for more than two years as an advocate on a State Bar Council.
